for the project in question, never mind
where this is being undertaken or where the relevant
experts might be.
At each stage of the project, specific
competencies are assigned which are able to resolve
customer problems, whether this
means taking on entire responsibility
for a final solution, from planning to the
product/service launch, or providing
support for parts of the process.
