Teleca is a European consultancy Group which focuses on new technologies
and on R&D.
What does Teleca do?
Teleca creates software for new, state-of-the-art products and systems,
and develops solutions that increase the efficiency and profitability
of the systems currently deployed by its customers. Teleca designs,
develops and integrates software and advanced electronics. We are
specialised in advanced real-time embedded systems, in high throughput
services, in specific applications for various devices, and in industrial
and automation IT. Teleca has proven technical and project management
skills, as well as a deep knowledge of the industry and the necessary
models for developing turn-key solutions.

Automotive. Teleca can provide a whole range of services
for the automotive industries, covering software development, in-vehicle
electronics, industrial IT and automation, not to mention post-sales
support focusing on business advantages.
Life Science. Telecas services again cover all aspects,
from consultancy to turn-key projects, with a focus on medical equipment,
instruments and biotechnological products, and on the optimisation
of pharmaceutical production processes.
Enterprise. Teleca collaborates mainly with public administration,
banks and financial institutions, offering services that range from
consultancy to undertaking the entire development of big projects.

Operators. Teleca also has a role as systems integrator
and partner for network operators, providing complete solutions
based on 3rd parties products which are customised and integrated
with the customers processes. Teleca is responsible for the
management, maintenance and support of systems, for the various
implementations of process development, as well as for training
within the customers companies.
Mobile devices. Teleca develops and integrates systems,
software and electronics for microtelephones, smart phones, PDAs
(personal digital assistants) and mobile terminals. Teleca also
offers services based on OBIGO, its application suite.
Telecom devices. Teleca develops complete solutions for
telecom equipment providers and other associated technical areas,
for example the development of embedded systems equipped both with
electronics and software, such as 2.5G GPRS and 3G nodes and other
telecom nodes.
Industrial sector. Telecas long experience in industrial
IT and automation, which is part of Telecas Benima brand,
is characterized by turnkey solutions. The common characteristic
of all Telecas customers in the field of industry is that
they are increasingly using IT to automate processes and increase
efficiency, often by connecting process and production control systems
with business systems.

The Group has over 2,600 employees throughout 15 countries (Denmark,
Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Norway, Poland, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Thailand, UK and USA).
How does Teleca intend to continue its growth?
Teleca concentrates on acquiring healthy, profit-making medium concerns
in the main European markets France, Germany, Scandinavia
and UK- and on continuing internal growth. We want to expand our
presence in Europe through our development centres in Denmark, Finland,
France, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,
Thailand, and the UK. Furthermore we intend to strengthen our global
position in strategic niche markets with the support of our project
centres in Asia and the US. In order to be successful, we must combine
growth with continuing quality and profitability. Our middle term
goal is to reach an EBITA margin of 15% on a global scale.
