A typical initial role is that of Junior Consultant who, backed up by an experienced Analyst Programmer, will acquire expertise in modern development tools and a thorough knowledge of our partner’s products.

Once the Junior Consultant has acquired an excellent knowledge of the products and has demonstrated the ability to integrate them into the customer’s networks, the role will change to that of Designer or Analyst Programmer. This will be someone capable of resolving any problem that should arise by applying the appropriate technology.

• Account managers who must consolidate and enlarge customer portfolios, or manage existing accounts. As well as experience in the particular skills this role requires, such as negotiating, purchasing and verifying orders for functions in executive terms, we also want people who have a desire to work in a dynamic and international environment. The candidate must be able to interact with expert and demanding customers, and therefore we ask for proven experience of sales in the technological sector or otherwise a degree in Engineering, Communications Science, or another relevant technological degree. This role can bring great professional satisfaction, given that you possess the flexibility and determination necessary to deal with the intense working hours as well as the capacity for problem solving and analysis that the job entails.

• Technical Support Engineers
  Applicants must be graduates with a degree or a diploma in a relevant technical field and/or have 1-3 years experience in testing and/or technical support. An understanding of protocols and systems in the GSM, GPRS-EDGE, UMTS and/or Wi-Max field and a good working knowledge of English is a requisite.
  Successful candidates will be involved in offering technical assistance and in the development of wireless solutions based upon the above technologies. They will have the determination to succeed in a dynamic and international environment, where the focus is on becoming a leader in wireless consulting services.
  Based in Milan, Ivrea (Turin) and Rome.

• Core GSM/GPRS/UMTS designers
  Applicants must have experience in the analysis, dimensioning, design and optimisation of Core GSM, GPRS and/or UMTS network. Applicants must possess a degree or a diploma in technical/scientific subjects and have 1-2 years professional experience for a junior position and at least 3 years experience for a senior position. A good working knowledge of mobile network architectures and protocols is essential.
  Based in Ivrea (Turin)

• IMS Designers
  Candidates must be able to analyse, define and design Core GGSN architecture integrating IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) technology. A good working knowledge of GGSN architecture, and experience specifically in IMS implementation as well as the capacity to use the main testing tools and protocol analysers is required. The ability to analyse and produce specific technical and test documents constitutes a distinctive advantage.
  Based in Ivrea (Turin)

• Systems Engineer - voice and data infrastructure
  Applicants must have at least 2-3 years experience in the design and implementation of voice-mail and IVR platforms in the mobile arena. An understanding of SS7 signalling protocols, GSM architecture, call handling and provisioning methods is required. The ability to analyse and produce specific technical and test documents is essential.
